It will take two months more for complete Afghan border fencing, says Rasheed

ISLAMABAD-Sheikh Rashid, the Interior Minister, stated on Thursday that fencing along the Afghan border would be completed within two months. In an interview with the media in Rawalpindi, the interior minister stated that fencing along the border was 88% complete, while 46% of the Iranian border was also fenced.

He went on to say that India would prefer that peace in Afghanistan not be established. Pakistan, on the other hand, had been making sincere efforts for peace in the neighboring country.
