Rise of covid-19 and decline of population

An Islamabad-based exposition statistically showcases the widespread of contagious covid cases. The figure of current Covid-19 cases in the country spanned 60,000, on the last Friday with the constant elucidation of fatalities about the disease. NCOC on Friday decided to yield all probable measures to support the government in preventing the further spread of the disease. Most of the deaths are reported to have transpired in Sindh followed by Punjab.
In the interim, six people lost their lives to the disease in the quarter of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. The positivity rate in Islamabad accrued to 9.8% and 12% in the Rawalpindi district. The federal government took several measures comprising of the introduction of interpretative care capacity including oxygenated beds and ventilators with the obtainability of oxygen and placement of law implementation agencies for the enactment of customary operating processes such as SOPs and non-pharmaceutical intercessions.
The country although has a notable percentage with over 90% recovery ratio of affected patients. In Islamabad During the most recent 24 hours, 3,484 tests were led in the capital which distinguished the infection in 179 ladies and 164 men, and the inspiration rate remained at 9.8%. On Friday four people passed away due to Covid-19 in the ward whereas 131 people tested positive for the virus and 73 patients were cleared from hospitals after convalescing their health during the last 24 hours.
The number of patients infected with the virus in the fourth wave has stretched to 29,000. The rate of positive cases in the Rawalpindi district during the last week was 8.1% in contrast to 5.4% in June last year. This was reported by Dr. Waqar Ahmed the Divisional Surveillance Officer and speaker for District Health Authority Rawalpindi.
He said that the number of Covid-19 cases has amplified severely in July this year. At the beginning of July, about 20 cases were being recounted diurnal in the district but subsequently in the third week of this month, the number of daily cases extended from 70 and 100. On July 29, 165 cases were testified in the area of Rawalpindi.
More strict implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) in Rawalpindi district is required and the process of vaccination against the virus will have to be intensified, he said, adding in other districts of the division like Jhelum, Chakwal, and Attock, the situation is much better and the rate of positive cases is less than 1%. The community vaccination campaign is underway in five districts of Punjab including Rawalpindi during which 70% of the population of Rawalpindi (aged 18 years and above) will be vaccinated till Aug 10.
